Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Subscription charges are non-refundable, so canceling does not refund payments that have already been processed, but it does stop future subscription billing.

No. Because these plans include hands-on setup, configuration, implementation, and support from our team, plans can't be downgraded after that work has been delivered. This keeps pricing fair for clients who receive upfront implementation as part of their subscription.

To cancel your subscription, log in to the app and go to Settings > Billing > Subscriptions. Click the "Want to modify / cancel the subscription" option, and click to Cancel Plan.

Wallet: Usage credits operate through a digital wallet system that pays for pay-per-use features like phone calls, text messages, email delivery, and specific advanced tools. When you use these services, micro-charges are automatically deducted from your wallet balance.

Auto-Recharge: You can set a threshold (e.g., refill $20 when the balance drops below $10). AMWN will automatically charge your card on file to keep services running without interruption.

Complimentary Credits: Most of our plans include monthly complementary credits. Check out our pricing section to see how many credits are included with your plan.

Complimentary/Recurring Credits: Complimentary usage credits included with plans do not roll over. Any included monthly usage credit must be used during the applicable billing month. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and cannot be carried forward, transferred, refunded, or applied to previous balances.

Paid/Purchased Wallet Balances: Standard added funds or paid re-bills deposited directly into the wallet remain in the account as a cash value until used.

Monthly plans are billed month-to-month. Annual plans are billed once per year and include one month free compared to paying monthly for the same plan. Annual plans are a good fit for clients who know they want to use the app long term and want the best overall value.

Branded Client Portal Mobile App - Provide a mobile app experience on iOS and Android for your customers using your own brand.

Dedicated IP - Use a dedicated email sending IP to help give your business more control over email sender reputation and deliverability.

Business Listings - Manage and sync your business information across supported online directories to help improve consistency and local visibility.

AI-Powered SEO - Use AI-powered tools to help with SEO-related recommendations, content, and optimization features where available. It's a budget-friendly way to get some on-page SEO without hiring our experts to do it for you.

WhatsApp - Add WhatsApp messaging capabilities for supported customer conversations, templates, and workflow communication.

Workflow Pro - Bulk-purchase extra-cost Premium Triggers and Actions (such as inbound webhooks, Google Sheets actions, Slack integrations, or Workflow AI executions) at a discounted rate.

When you upgrade, you immediately gain access to the corresponding features, tools, services, and support level included with the higher plan. Depending on the plan, this may include additional app features, automation capabilities, done-for-you implementation, strategic consultation, website services, or increased hands-on support from our team. Some upgraded services may still require scheduling, content, access, approvals, or setup time before they can be fully implemented.
